Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains our position on refunds and cancellations in relation to the โน1,000 platform fee charged at the time of application. Please read this carefully before making a payment.
Our Fee Structure
We Hiring Hub charges a mandatory, one-time Platform Fee of โน1,000 at the time of application. This fee is payable before your application is submitted and processed.
This fee covers platform access, administrative processing, document verification and candidate profile management. It is not a recruitment fee and is entirely separate from any visa fees, attestation costs or third-party charges that may apply later in your application journey.
We Hiring Hub's core recruitment services โ job matching, employer introductions, visa guidance, interview coaching and post-placement support โ are fully free of charge for candidates. The โน1,000 is solely a platform and processing charge.
Non-Refundable โ Full Policy
The โน1,000 platform fee is non-refundable once payment is confirmed. The following scenarios do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances:
- โYou change your mind after submitting the application
- โYou are not matched to a suitable employer
- โYour visa application is rejected by an embassy or immigration authority
- โYou decide to withdraw your application at any stage
- โYou find a job through another channel and no longer need our services
- โYou fail a GAMCA or equivalent medical examination
- โYour documents are not accepted by an overseas regulatory body
- โProcessing takes longer than you expected
- โAn employer withdraws a vacancy or changes their requirements
- โImmigration rules change after your application is submitted
- โYou are dissatisfied with the outcome of the process
- โ Duplicate payment โ a confirmed technical error caused the same payment to be charged twice in a single transaction
- โ Incorrect amount โ a verified technical error in our payment system resulted in a charge different from โน1,000
- โ Service not commenced โ We Hiring Hub cancels or is entirely unable to provide the service before any processing of your application has begun, solely due to our own inability
Cancellation Policy
Before Payment: You may abandon the application form at any time before completing the payment. No charge will be applied and no data will be stored beyond what is needed to pre-fill the form during your session.
After Payment: Once the โน1,000 platform fee has been paid and your application has been submitted, the application is considered active. You may request cancellation by contacting us at jobs@wehiringhub.com, however:
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the platform fee
- Any work already commenced โ profile review, employer matching, document guidance โ will cease upon cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
- We will confirm cancellation within 3 working days of receiving your written request
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation falls within the limited eligible refund scenarios described in Section 2, here is how to submit a refund request:
Payment Gateway & Processing
All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, an RBI-regulated payment gateway. We Hiring Hub does not store your card, UPI or banking details at any point.
- Payments are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets as offered by Cashfree
- Your payment confirmation is sent automatically to your registered email address
- In the event of a payment failure, your application will not be submitted โ you may attempt payment again
- We Hiring Hub is not liable for delays or errors caused by the payment gateway or your bank
If your payment is deducted but you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at jobs@wehiringhub.com with your payment reference number and we will investigate promptly.
Governing Law & Disputes
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations shall first be raised in writing to jobs@wehiringhub.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. In the event of any conflict between this policy and our Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
