Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or submitting an application. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website wehiringhub.com, submitting an application form, making a payment, or engaging with any of our services, you ("the Candidate", "the User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full โ€” including the mandatory platform fee โ€” you must not submit an application or make any payment. By clicking "Submit Application & Proceed to Payment" and completing the payment, you explicitly confirm your agreement to all terms stated on this page.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and We Hiring Hub. The platform fee of โ‚น1,000 is a mandatory, non-refundable charge. By paying this fee, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

The following terms have the following meanings throughout this agreement:

We Hiring Hub โ€” a registered recruitment agency operating wehiringhub.com
Candidate / User
Any individual who submits an application or makes a payment on our platform
Platform
The wehiringhub.com website, application system, and all associated digital tools and services
Platform Fee
The mandatory, non-refundable charge of โ‚น1,000 payable before an application is processed
Application
The formal submission of a candidate's profile and details through our website's application form
Employer
Any verified overseas company or organisation to whom candidate profiles may be forwarded

This fee is non-refundable, mandatory for all applicants and must be paid before your application form is submitted and processed by our team. It is charged for access to and use of the We Hiring Hub platform, digital infrastructure, and administrative processing services.
What the โ‚น1,000 Fee Covers

The โ‚น1,000 platform fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge that covers the following:

  • Platform Access Fee: Access to the We Hiring Hub digital platform, application system and candidate portal
  • Application Processing: Manual review of your submitted application by our recruitment specialists
  • Document Verification: Initial verification of the credentials, qualifications and personal details submitted
  • Profile Creation & Management: Creation and active management of your candidate profile in our internal database
  • Administrative Costs: Operational and administrative expenses incurred in processing your application
How the Payment Works โ€” Step by Step

The payment process is fully automated and transparent. Here is exactly what happens:

Upon successful payment, your application form is automatically submitted to our team and we contact you within 24 hours
Important โ€” Payment Gateway: All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, a RBI-regulated payment gateway. We Hiring Hub does not store your card, UPI or banking details at any point. Your payment is encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
If Payment Fails or Is Incomplete

If your payment does not complete successfully โ€” whether due to a technical error, insufficient funds, bank decline or any other reason โ€” your application form will not be submitted and will not be processed by our team. No partial processing occurs without confirmed payment. You are welcome to attempt the payment again.

What the โ‚น1,000 Fee Does NOT Cover

The platform fee of โ‚น1,000 is strictly a platform access and processing charge. It does not cover and is entirely separate from:

  • Visa application fees charged by embassies or immigration authorities
  • Document attestation fees (Home Department, MEA, Embassy)
  • GAMCA or equivalent medical examination fees
  • Credential recognition fees (ANABIN, WES, NMC, AHPRA etc.)
  • Translation or notarisation costs for documents
  • Travel, relocation or accommodation costs

All such costs are third-party charges entirely outside the control of We Hiring Hub. They will be communicated to you transparently at the appropriate stage of your application process.

Our Zero Recruitment Fee Commitment

The โ‚น1,000 platform fee is not a recruitment fee. We Hiring Hub is employer-funded for its core recruitment services. We do not charge candidates for job matching, employer introductions, interview coaching, visa guidance or document support. The โ‚น1,000 is solely for platform access and administrative processing as described above.

Beware of fraud: We Hiring Hub will never ask you to pay any additional fees via cash, personal bank transfer, UPI to individual accounts or informal channels beyond the โ‚น1,000 platform fee displayed on our official website. Any such request is fraudulent. Report it immediately to jobs@wehiringhub.com.

Refund Policy

The โ‚น1,000 platform fee is strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once your payment is confirmed and your application form is submitted, the fee is deemed earned and no refund will be issued for any of the following reasons:

  • You change your mind after submitting the application
  • You are not shortlisted or matched to an employer
  • A visa application is rejected by an embassy or immigration authority
  • You decide to withdraw your application at any stage
  • You find alternative employment through another channel
  • You are unable to fulfil document, medical or visa requirements
  • Any delay in processing caused by third-party agencies, government bodies or employers
Exceptions โ€” When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered only in the following strictly limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: A confirmed technical error caused the same payment to be charged twice
  • Service not commenced: We Hiring Hub cancels the service entirely before any processing of your application has begun, solely due to our own inability to provide the service
  • Incorrect charge: A verified technical error in our payment system resulted in an amount different from โ‚น1,000 being charged

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to jobs@wehiringhub.com within 7 days of payment. For full details, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By completing the payment of โ‚น1,000, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the platform fee is non-refundable and that payment does not guarantee a job offer, visa approval, employer match or any particular outcome.

We Hiring Hub is a recruitment intermediary. We do not directly employ candidates and do not guarantee employment. Our role is to connect qualified candidates with verified employers and support them throughout the process.

Candidate Obligations

By submitting a paid application, you agree to the following:

  • Accuracy: All information submitted must be accurate, complete and truthful. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
  • Document Authenticity: All documents submitted must be genuine and legally valid. Submission of forged or altered documents is prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • Age & Eligibility: You confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to apply for work in your chosen destination country.
  • Cooperation: You agree to respond to our team's communications promptly and complete required steps including medical checks, attestations and visa appointments in a timely manner.
  • Confidentiality: Employer details, salary information and contact details shared with you are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
  • Single Channel: You must inform us if you are simultaneously applying to the same employer through another agency, as this may affect your application.

No Guarantee of Employment

Payment of the โ‚น1,000 platform fee and submission of your application does not guarantee any of the following outcomes:

  • A response, interview or job offer from any employer
  • Approval of a visa or work permit by any embassy or immigration authority
  • Successful credential recognition by any overseas regulatory body
  • Clearance of GAMCA or equivalent medical examinations
  • A specific timeline for processing or placement

We will always communicate honestly and transparently about your prospects and advise on the best course of action if obstacles arise. However, final decisions regarding employment, visas and recognition remain entirely with third parties outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, We Hiring Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from:

  • Failure to secure employment, a visa or an employer match
  • Actions or decisions of employers, embassies or immigration authorities
  • Delays in visa processing, document attestation or medical clearance
  • Errors or omissions in information provided by the candidate
  • Third-party service failures including payment processors or attestation agencies
  • Changes in immigration rules, visa quotas or employer requirements

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of the platform fee paid by you โ€” i.e. โ‚น1,000.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information in any application or communication
  • Submitting forged, altered or invalid documents
  • Attempting to obtain a chargeback or payment reversal for the platform fee on fraudulent grounds
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other candidate accounts
  • Impersonating any person or organisation
  • Using our platform for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in immediate termination of services, reporting to relevant authorities and legal action where appropriate.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services to any candidate, without prior notice and without refund of the platform fee, if:

  • False or fraudulent information has been submitted
  • Forged or invalid documents have been provided
  • The candidate has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9
  • The candidate has breached any provision of these Terms
  • A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised without valid grounds

Intellectual Property

All content on wehiringhub.com โ€” including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software โ€” is the property of We Hiring Hub and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any website content without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates the following third-party services: Cashfree Payments (payment processing), FormSubmit (form handling), GAMCA-approved medical centres and document attestation agencies. We are not responsible for the terms, policies or conduct of these providers. By using our services, you acknowledge that your interactions with such third parties are governed by their own terms and conditions.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms โ€” including any dispute regarding the platform fee โ€” shall first be attempted to be resolved through written communication to jobs@wehiringhub.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Both parties agree to submit to such jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Active candidates will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. The platform fee amount, if changed, will only apply to applications submitted after the date of the change โ€” not to applications already paid and submitted.
