This Privacy Policy explains what personal information We Hiring Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects through https://wehiringhub.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

We collect only what we need to process your application:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- the details you give in the application form, such as your date of birth, gender, marital status, address in Nepal (province and district or city), education, work experience, English level, whether you have worked abroad, passport status and expiry date, when you can travel, and any notes you add;
- the documents you give us for your application;
- a record of your payment: the amount, date, transaction reference and status (we never receive or store your eSewa login or PIN, or your bank card details);
- messages you send us through the Contact page;
- basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the Website working.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and manage your profile;
- process your application, match you with employers and recruiters, and show you the progress of your application;
- contact you by phone or email about your application and interview;
- confirm your payment and keep payment records;
- answer your questions and provide support;
- protect the Website against fraud and misuse, and meet our legal duties.
3. Who we share it with
We share your information only when needed:
- Employers and recruiters for the jobs you apply to. We keep a copy of your documents and pass them to the recruiter so your application can be considered;
- the payment provider (eSewa) so your payment can be completed and confirmed;
- service providers that help us run the Website, such as hosting and email delivery;
- authorities, where the law requires us to.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Your documents
We use the documents you give us only to process your application and to share with the recruiters for the jobs you apply to. We do not use them for any other purpose.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, to resolve disputes and to follow the law. When we no longer need it, we delete it, make it anonymous or dispose of it securely.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. No website or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies
The Website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as those for logging in and security. If we add other tools later, such as analytics, we will update this policy.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, or ask us to stop using it, by writing to us at the address below. We will reply within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some information, such as payment records, where the law or a dispute requires it. Deleting your information may mean we can no longer process your application, and it does not change our Refund Policy.
