Welcome to We Hiring Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions apply when you use https://wehiringhub.com (the “Website”) and our services. By using the Website, creating a profile or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Who we are and what we do
We Hiring Hub is an online platform that lists overseas job openings, reviews candidate profiles, matches candidates with employers and recruiters, and lets candidates track the progress of their applications.
We are not the employer. The employer or recruiter named in a job listing makes all decisions about interviews, selection, salary and employment terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work and travel abroad to apply for a job through the Website.
3. Your information and documents
When you use the Website you agree that:
- the details you give us (including your phone number and email address) are true, complete and up to date;
- the documents you give us are genuine, belong to you and are not altered;
- you will keep your login details private and you are responsible for activity on your profile;
- we may reject, suspend or cancel an application that contains false, misleading or forged information, and in that case the service charge is not refunded.
4. Applying and the service charge
Every job belongs to a category (Labour, Skilled or Professional). The service charge for that category is shown on the Service charges page and with the job before you pay.
To submit an application you must pay the service charge in Nepali rupees through the payment page of the Website. Your application is treated as submitted only after your payment is confirmed.
The service charge is non-refundable, as explained in our Refund Policy.
We may change service charges at any time. A change applies to applications made after the change and does not affect payments already made.
5. No guarantee
Paying the service charge does not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed, selected or hired, or that you will receive a visa or travel abroad. These decisions rest with the employer and the authorities of the destination country.
After your application is submitted, our team aims to contact you within 2 months to arrange your interview. Timing can vary, and being contacted is not a promise of a job.
6. Job and salary information
Job details and salaries are provided by employers and recruiters and may change. Salaries converted into Nepali rupees on the Website use indicative exchange rates only. Your actual pay is in the employer’s currency and is set by your employment contract. Please read your contract carefully before you sign it.
7. How we use and share your information
By applying, you agree that we may keep a copy of your profile and documents and share them with the employers and recruiters for the jobs you apply to, and with authorities where the law requires, so that your application can be processed. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- give false information or use another person’s identity or documents;
- upload harmful files or try to disrupt the Website or access other people’s data;
- copy, scrape or resell content from the Website;
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
9. Third parties
Employers, recruiters and payment providers (such as eSewa) work under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their actions. You are responsible for meeting the visa, medical, travel and other requirements of the destination country.
10. Our content
The Website’s content, design and logo belong to We Hiring Hub. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is”, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for the decisions or actions of employers, recruiters or authorities, including a job offer being withdrawn or a visa being refused. Our total liability for any claim relating to an application is limited to the service charge you paid for that application.
12. Suspension and closing a profile
We may suspend or close a profile or application if these Terms are broken or if we suspect fraud. Where the law allows, no refund is given in that case.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, applies from that date. By continuing to use the Website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Nepal.
